My mother in law lives in North Little Rock (we live in Missouri) but for days before this storm, my 12 yr old kept calling her and he was so worried, almost like panic attack, begging her to make sure she had a safe place to go. He’s so intuitive. Anyway, her street was badly hit. She has no basement. Get this, she was in the basement of the high school prepping for a fundraiser when it hit.
