they are the same game with slight changes legends unite is being played on mobile in this comparison whiles asphalt 9 is on pc or another platform the lighting is also different because they are in different maps giving legends unit a more dull softer look if you had then both on pc and in that exact same map they would look near identical ive played both and i played asphalt nine for longer then i can remember the change is not as significant as people are making it out to be.

It's the same game, only the differences are:

Different main color:
Asphalt 9 Legends: Red
Asphalt Legends Unite: Purple (Nitro Boost type purple)

Different loading symbol:
Asphalt 9 Legends: Red rhombus ♦️
Asphalt Legends Unite: Purple "A"

Different sound effects.

Different color of the countdown numbers before starting the race:

Different finish line.

Slightly noticeable difference in the flame coming out of the exhaust when changing gears or using nitro.

Everything else is the same, cars, engine sounds, races, events, clubs, everything else is the same. Asphalt Legends Unite is just the latest major update to Asphalt 9 Legends, so Asphalt Legends Unite IS Asphalt 9 Legends. It is noticeable because on some car vinyls there is the 9 from Asphalt 9 Legends.

The Asphalt 9 (the older version) graphics look very great, but in Asphalt Legends Unite (formerly Asphalt 9: Legends), they enhanced the game's visual and graphics to make your eyes not painful, The Legends Unite for me look good and doesn't hurt my eyes, the Asphalt 9: Legends, hurts your eyes from the beautiful graphics, I know you want it back, it looks (G)old and nice.
