Highlights Eurogroup

Highlights of the Eurogroup meeting on 9 November 2015, in Brussels. Ministers discussed Greece's economic adjustment programme, post-programme surveillance in Spain, and the banking union. They were also briefed on the economic situation in the euro area, and on the Commission proposals on economic governance.
