Hedgehog Races Rabbit - Folklore

When Rabbit's words wound Hedgehog's pride, the two agree to a race to see who is faster. The problem is that rabbit was right: he is faster! What is a poor hedgehog to do?

This actually was one of the Grimms Fairy Tales, even though it sounds a lot like something Bri'er Rabbit would do. In fact, Bri'er Rabbit had the same thing happen only with Bri'er Terapin (Turtle). I decided to cover the Grimm's version instead as it sounds less like the Aesop fable and is more fun in my opinion.
