How to tell time-Learning the clock

In this math lesson, you will learn how to tell time on an analog clock. In this lesson, we will focus on reading the short or hour hand and the long minute hand.
We will learn three easy steps to tell time.
Start at the small hand
Write two dots
Read the large hand.

thank you so much. I've been so embarrassed that I didn't know this for the longest time (and I'm an adult now). I feel like the school systems just pushes students along that don't need to be, because they only care about the numbers and not the student (as I am an obvious example). And with technology, you don't have to be smart! I can just get google or Alexa to tell me what time it is. But now I'm going to buy a wall clock so that i can force myself to learn). So thank you.

Thank you, I have a clock in my classroom but I can't read it so I always have to sneakily check my phone to know what time it is :)
I just like Digital clocks better because it tells you the EXACT time without having to do any thinkity thinkity in my smol brain :(
But if there are no digital clocks around me then I'll just use the good ol' hand clock

Omg I learned this a long long time ago in a galaxy far far away lol but over time haha no pun intended lol I had forgotten how to tell time traditionally cause digital clocks became a thing in my life lol but this was way helpful on reminding me so thank you very much
