I have endometriosis and low iron, I have used this supplement for a while and later quit (due to the large pill size and difficulty swallowing) but came back because it has so many other vitamins and minerals that are supposed to be good for reducing period pain and stabilizing hormones. It would be very expensive to buy all of these supplements individually, so finding a pill with so many different things in it is really nice.

The slow releasing pills such a
game changer. I can work out with ease and im able to fall asleep on time .. this is the only supplement that works for me non constipating . Im going to try out the liquid form.

My daughter used this when she dropped her iron during pregnancy. They didn’t tell her til January and the baby came in February. Also after the baby came they tested and she was a 12. She was on it 3 wks before he came. Nothing works that fast!

Because you don't have to add vitamin c because it hasn't in it for maximum absorption.

Hemaplex is the only iron supplement I felt made a difference... but sadly I had to stop using it when I realized something in it was giving me an allergic reaction 😫😣
