In this fifth and final episode of our new series 'Seeing the Future', we consider the appearance of the risen Jesus to Peter from John 21. After rising from the dead, Jesus appears to the disciples for a BBQ on the beach. Peter is still guilt-ridden from his betrayal of Jesus. Will Jesus forgive and restore him?

'Seeing the Future' is a series exploring the post-resurrection appearances of Jesus. These are the first-fruits of the eternal life beyond death that Jesus offers.

How human does Jesus sound as he took the mick of the fishermen, before showing His Godly power with His command. I can imagine Peter's 'No" coming from through gritted teeth to Jesus's question.
