This was very one sided and wrong on so many accounts. As a previous manager of a portion of a giant voip system, we had so many phones go down weekly. And the polycom phones we had made rude noises after the power went off and on and blew up. It took days to get another. I guess it's how you see it, but it seems no company tells the truth, or at least only tells the good parts, like in this video.

A lot of er questionable facts. The bottom line is it depends on the pbx you have installed and how good your telephone company is.

Voip are good when younhave email and barely taking calls pbx is better when when youre just taking in high volume of creliaand never break down
