Musk knows what he's doing. He knew what he was doing when he only bought the 9.2%. he called them on the spot on the board bluff, limiting the maximum amount of shares he could hold. And he knows what he's doing with his offer for the buyout, a premium for other shareholders. And if the company holds out shareholders are going to know what the board members do not have shareholders best interest at heart. And if it comes down to it and he has to bail on his 9.2 he will tank the stock. The man has power he has money and he's a lot smarter than anyone on that board
