Fun fact: I know people already know this but Kenny is based on Trey Parker's childhood friend. He was poor, had a hoodie, and when he skips class, his classmates joke that he was dead.

Kenny is based on an old school friend of Trey Parker who was also named Kenny. He was poor and always wore a snowsuit that muffled his voice and he would frequently skip school which caused Trey to think he was dead. This explains the many times Kenny has been killed!

The Bebe death is by far my favourite, after waiting the whole episode I turned to my friend and said "looks like Kenny won't bite it this episode". Not thirty seconds later he's shot in the head out of nowhere, not only did I suddenly shout yes as I was waiting for Kenny to bite it in some manner I was laughing my ass out for quite some time

One thing to note about the combustion death. I remember from the episode before, the Getting Gay With Kids episode, Kenny was struck by lightning, dies, but resuscitated by a choir girl he falls in love with. He's still alive at that episode. So it's possible his early death in Spontaneous Combustion, and even mention about his girlfriend, was there to give us the satisfaction of the death we missed out in the previous episode.
