This is the most sensual rendition of a beautiful song. He could really make that sax talk. I love Etta Jones singing this song also, they worked together nearly 30 years, which is why they were so phenomenal together! Incredible music! (Great guitar in the interlude too!)

Oh, this is un-paralleled!  This song is a FAVE of mine, just gorgeous.  Etta Jones, to whom Houston dedicated an album with this lead song on it, sings it better than anyone also.  Many sing it, about 40, Nancy Wilson and Carmen McRae have  nice versions, my favorite next to Etta.  Powerful lyrics, written by Gordon Parks. Houston Person worked with Etta for about 30 years, they are fabulous together and Etta with Houston -- it's just sublime! THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS MARVELOUS WORK OF ART!
