I am always really grateful for Lindsey's honest and vulnerable discussions about BPD.
As someone with quiet BPD I struggled for so long to not only recognise unhealthy coping mechanisms but dismantle why I felt "so much" all the time.
I think her journey is one of hope for those struggling with this understudied disorder ❤

I feel like I identify a lot with Moze bc im also have BPD. And feeling this emptyness and doubt about yourself bc of your addictions or emotional innestability it's hard, not knowing if you are sufficient for your peers feels horrible. And having someone who asks you if you can talk to a therapist and cares about you its something a LOT of people wished they had...shes such an amazing person. Love you Lindsay!!
