Gabriel gave a talk titled “Offline-first approach in mobile applications”. Nowadays almost every one of us uses the internet on their phone. At the house, in a restaurant or even in public transport we have access to Wi-Fi and cellular networks, and mobile providers are giving us bigger and bigger data allowances. So does that mean that we shouldn't care about internet connection when developing our applications? Not quite – there are many factors which can make user experience worse.
