TOG 365G (nearly the first TOG to be built)

The work of the SVDC was making important progress and helping to spur British tank development into high gear. An emphasis not on mobility but on protection for the crew, on armament, and on production would all be vital elements but the work of the committee would meet substantial hurdles. Nonetheless, after much effort and wasted time the team would get to make their plans a reality - the first physical vehicle would eventually get from the drawing board into reality was the TOG vehicle as outlined in drawing 365G-A but it started as 365G, and in some ways might be considered a simpler and more efficient design.

Erratum: At 6:27 I say a 6 inch turret ring which is obviously rather too small for any tank. I meant 6 feet and I have the metric conversion correct but nonetheless sorry. (I get it right later on in the recap)
