Use the word "Quantum" on a dumb plastic sheet to make it sound smart. This sheet does not work if you stick it to surface of things. You need some space between the object to be hidden and the sheet. If you need to hide something like a tank, this sheet will need to enclose the tank from quite a lot of distance. It would be better to coat the tank with color changing paint and using that to blend the tank in with its immediate surroundings, like a chameleon. But none of these technologies would work on thermal imaging and radars. So they'll only be useful against enemies equipped with ancient tech.
