I've recently somehow messed up my knees learning your dancing (No blame of course). It's rly messin with me because I'm only in my 30s. I think it started as a result of working on the tstep but ic be sure. At one point learning tstep, my right knee locked when I put weight on it and that hurt. Idk what happened to the left knee but it's the same pain in both. Pain every time I stand up or do anything with them rly. I've never had joint probs. I'm a software engineer and this is the first time I've been so active in like 6 years. I'm hoping it's just that. I love your vids though and very much want to get back to it. I'm just afraid to at the moment.
