Nip and Kobe's deaths were definitely two of the most shocking of the last few years.

I remember exactly where I was and what I was doing for both.

This is one of those times when you cry for a person you've never met a day in your life.

Back in 2017 I had the pleasure of working in a few sessions with Nip. To say I was starstruck was an understatement - getting to meet & be around of my idols. He made you feel like you'd known each other for years. This still hurts to this day. RIP Nip

And 3 years later...it still hurts like 3 days ago! As a LA'an his memory as blueprint that he left behind is still being used and followed today. My heart still hurts for his children and his family. It's a shame that his life was taken senselessly over what? The coward will NEVER be of any value and he'll most definitely reap what he has sown. Jealousy is a killer and is cruel as the grave...it's sad how people will literally hate you because of the people that love you. This was a clean case of overkill and rage...shot 10 times...unarmed...comfortable in his own hood and didn't see himself bigger nor better than anyone that he came in contact with. Nipsey was a young man that was truly wise beyond his years and made moves on a level that geniuses did. The devil was threatened by the respect...wealth and loving spirit that Nipsey embodied and he knew there was no way he could complete with that. What I took away from this tragic story is...Nipsey lived his life according to the things that served for the greater good...and whatever he touched and put forth his hands to do he was blessed because the money and earthly material things wasn't his complete motivation. Nipsey aspired to inspire...to teach the younger generation that it's BEYOND the fortune...glamour and fame...but it's what you do with all your earthly gains...by helping others and seeing a viable need for the future and pouring into it for the betterment of the disadvantaged to have a brighter and more blessed future. Nipsey wasn't SELFISH...he was SELFLESS...Nipsey wasn't PRIDEFUL he was PROUD to be of service to his community...Nipsey wasn't ASHAMED of his past...he embraced it and used it as a vehicle to deter away from that life. Nipsey was such a magical and majestic human being and he was an ambassador for all things right...real and true. Nipsey had a heart of gold...embodied the spirit of a lion...soared high above the sky like an eagle...the epitome of a meek and humbled man personified. I often wonder...God why did you take a young man that not only changed his life and ways of the world...but transitioned into this God like being that began to be a beacon of light and hope for his community and the children. Why did he have to go so soon...when he was just getting started? Why was it allowed for his life to be taken by a low life thug that he posed no threat to? Why so brutally? Why so cold? Why so callous? And why so painful. And God said Nipsey is MY son...he has lived his life according to MY will and my way. I already knew his ending before he ever knew his existing. Just like my Son Jesus lived 33 years and taught many My way and at the conclusion of his life...33 was also his year. He was brutally beaten...ridiculed...spit on...speared in his side...mocked...screamed and shouted at and above all there was NOT ONE thing he was guilty of as charged! Like Nipsey...his homecoming was inevitable and getting prepared to meet him on that grand day would be nothing short of an amazing and wonderous arrival in glory. Nipsey didn't turn his back on us...he had to answer to a call that was necessary and apart of life. By all accounts Nipsey wasn't quite ready to leave here...but he has left behind the keys of life to and the true meaning of working for the greater good for the PROGRESS of our future leaders of the world today.
**Death didn't take Nipsey from us...he had a preplanned and very important call to answer...for his next assignment was ready and waiting for him...Nipsey UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT and knew it was one assignments that he couldn't miss!"🤴🏽👨🏽‍🎤❤🙏🏽🙌🏽🕊🏁🚘🎶🎼🎚🎤

I loved everything this man embodied . When I found out about his passing I wept for days it hurt really bad to lose someone with his spirit . I loved his music but I love how he supported his community, loved his family, the interactions he had with people he never met in his life but was genuine to, I loved how he always aimed to educate, inspire, and motivate others to be self sufficient and nourish our minds as it’s very important . I feel so much for his family and people who knew him personally . It’s been years and it still hurts the same way today . I could only hope to lead in the same positive light as him

I can still recall the day when I heard the news of Nipsey’s passing. I bought a half pint of Hennessy and drunk the whole bottle BEFORE I went into work. I had been hyping up Nipsey’s music to all of my cousin’s since the Crenshaw mixtape came out. The first day when The Victory Lap album came out, I bought the LAST physical copy from Best Buy which I still have till this day. Nipsey was a ⭐️ in the making and his albums will stand the test of time. His funeral was sold out at the Staples Center. That’s how you know you were truly loved. Long Live Nipsey The Great.

Everything about Nipsey just makes this hurt more. You know damn well he stared him in the eye every shot he took. Nipsey will forever be an icon of his culture

I can’t believe he was shot 10 times. That was excessive and it was clearly intentional to ensure he was gone. My heart hurts for his children and Lauren London. He didn’t deserve that 😢

A word of advice. When you have money, leave the hood and help from a gated community.

Nipsey was great. I love how this was 3 years and people still think about it. Nipsey inspired my dad and uncle to start making music. God doesn’t pick who does what..you pick what you do. Nipsey Hussle, great man, rapper and inspirational songs he made. Hussle had a good spirit and embodied others to live on for him. Things like this and all other rappers death come either unexpectedly or unexpectedly because nobody thought Nipsey would die this early. God gave him this life and 3 years ago it ended. Rest in Paradise Nipsey (The GOAT) Hussle. Thank you everybody to I hope take the tim to read and if you didn’t still Thank you Gods willing that Nipsey’s legacy will not be forgotten and you don’t ever die like he did.
