Politicians have no problems adding provisions to help themselves... take for example when Obamacare was passed congress received gold-level Obamacare policies for which they received federal subsidies that covered 72 percent of the cost of the premiums.
Should be exactly the same with provisions holding them accountable for their decisions. This spending bill is along a party line vote how about a provision like... for every penny of the spending bill that isn't 100% paid for like has been stated numerous times by various members of the Democrat party any shortfall instead of being paid for by the American taxpayer the money instead comes from the DNC until every penny is paid!

How to pay for it? Are they freaking serious? 1.5 trillion plus anywhere from another 1.5 to 3.5 trillion, and they say they're going to pay for this with tax money and not raise taxes on almost everyone? They know they can't do that, so it will be "paid for" by more borrowing. There is no other way.
