Just go to effects > Stabilise > Photo Recall. This whole thing can be done in 1 click

Hey bud, I'm trying to do this and have been seeking a good video. The issue I'm having is when I scale up, nothing happens with the clip. The clip behind scales to the vertical format but since it is behind the copy, you see nothing. I cannot figure out how to get the clip on the bottom/behind to scale to the 1080p full screen and then have the vertical in the middle like yours. Any thoughts?

I'm amazed that I can't find anyone giving me the solution for my issue. My video fits perfectly but it's sideways. I will continue to search for the answer.

When i try to add the blur, it only gets added to the beginning and end of the clip, anyone know why?

Another way is to change the “aspect ratio” and crop the image
