In one of my fans the whole strip is not working. Do you have any suggestions?

Im having trouble with simillar fans by coolmoon. They use the same controller, but the interesting part is that the controller does change colors, changes the animation and fan speed. But fan rgb is partially working on all 5 fans, (max 2 LEDs per fan, Blue/Green tone) and the fan rgb cannot be controlled in any way. Tried to change the LED strip in the fan to a new one, and still got the same result, that only 1 or 2 leds were working... any idea what to do further ?

Thanks for sharing the process. I don't see why 3 people disliked this! Why not check the hub too though, probably also an easy fix?

Hey iv a question I have the alienware arora r2 model the head on it turns orange colour when I turn it on I got a new power supply for it cleaned the whole pc out and put new batteries into it 3 times would u know at all what would be the cause thanks
