Before moving from EWM to ONE Sotheby's International Realty in 2019, Jessica earned Riley Smith Group's Top Producer Award for 2018 with $50M in sales from 44 closed transactions.
Jessica graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science from the University of Florida. She has also lived and worked in the Atlanta and Chicago markets before relocating to Miami where she began her real estate career through a core of professional clientele from the University of Miami educational and medical departments.
Her marriage in 2011 to Jason Adams, a Principal Partner with the internationally awarded architecture firm of [STRANG] Design, underscores the importance and love she has for design and creativity in her life. Their daughters, Eva and Emma, attend Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart in the Miami neighborhood of Coconut Grove where she and her family has resided over the past 7 years. Of Colombian heritage from both of her parents, Jessica's upbringing began in Toronto, Canada before relocating to Florida at 12 years of age. She has traveled extensively to over 40 countries before settling back to Florida with a heightened sense of world communities and customs. Her unique blend of latin heritage, multi-country upbringing, exposure to the world stage and bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish has created the dynamic and passionate personality that is Jessica Adams.
