Pata sab hai per invest karne ke liye paisa nhi hai. Aur jinke pass paise hai unke pass risk lene ki himmat nhi hai.

Good points made but I think factor based index like equal weight style should be covered too. Also, nifty next 50 index is much more volatile, it has a distinct risk not very comparable to sensex/nifty50.
But, for long term this shouldn't be a major issue with consistent investment.

3 corrections..
1.nifty next50 gave less returns in 5 years duration compared to nifty 50.
2.small cap 250 index fund stocks market cap is not limited to 5000 crore..but all 250+ stocks are included in this.some of whose market cap is way more..
3.all market cap index fund was recently launched .i think it is in nfo stage still..so the returns are just on paper..there was no mutual fund tracking it..
