So some obvious notes for anyone confused. This is a sequel to the comic 'An Alter state' which had the priest Shirou Kotomine who summoned Saber Alter and then started to fight Zoukens familiars.


From what we told in this is that this is after the Grail War, Alter has been rayshifting for a while to different worlds and the black mud is involved.


So I'm just going to assume that after the Grail War with Shirou and Alter taking down whatever threat who tried to destroy the world (Kirei, Gilgamesh or fucking Zouken) they went their separate ways and Shirou has either become the full time priest of Fuyuki or is waiting until his younger sister arrives. Deciding that since he's dead Shirou explores some area's that his father, Kirei had always instructed him not to see such as a certain room in the basement.


As this occurs something evil has been summoned, spilling forth from the broken sky is a corruptive mud that wants to do nothing more than kill. But also coming from this broken sky is a woman, a king who possessed a stare as cold as ice.

If anyone is still wondering, the title of the manga is "Fate/stay night - An Empty Burial In Glowing Crimson (Doujinshi)" which is a 2 chapter story that tells "what if Shirou was adopted by Kirei" it's a pretty good read if you ask me
