BASICALLY...Judiciary has taken all powers in it's hands.
For example: Two party is fighting for a piece of 🎂 and at last one party said to the other one that "I'll decide who will take the piece. FINALLY, only one party decided what everybody has to do regarding anything.

Sir Geography books of different different editions have different dates, units etc are all are correct??? For example in my geography book some given dates in any chapter are different from my Friend's book. Are all are correct??

To judiciary ne kaha ki law change kro ya law hatao to sir yaha pe legislature chahe to Constitution amend krke Constitution Mei yeh law add krdengey phir judiciary se boldengey ki yeh law illegal nhi hai ye Constitution Mei allow hai... Aur vaise bhi sir abhi government to majority Mei hai to aaram se amend ho sakta hai
Example- article 370 remove krdiya gya Constitution amend krke
CAA bhi ladiya gya
To sir phir government chahe to kuch bhi kr sakti hai
