Probably withering zone as others have said that. They can stop the game by opening character screen. It will show -3k hp just like if you pick up guoba chili, c2(or c3 idk) Barbara skill, any food buff it will show the stats with those buffs and I'm pretty sure its the same with debuffs like withering zone or events, making this possible.
