This was amazing to listen to, thank you Bonnie xx off to my library to do more clearings. Yesterday the anxiety clearing helped majorly as I had the bejeebers triggered out of me!! Took me a day but I came around to the question of ‘what’s in me’ So grateful.
Ps. I had depression on and off for years and I remember saying to my father that the weight of it was overwhelming, I didn’t know how long I could carry it for. Now thanks to Bonnie and SA I understand that I had SO much suppressed and the bouts of intense overwhelming pain/ anxiety was the rising of the ‘stuff’ in me. And at the time I didn’t understand what was going on or how to release/ get clearings.
