First of all, u look so so happy and thts a rly good thing. Im doing ur workouts for a while now (4-5 months maybe more) and Im feeling so much better. Im doing pilates for like 4 years now, but never been so consistent. No breaks, no excuses. Thx for ur workouts, they are what I need<3

The workout was amazing. However, when you were facing down sometimes the sound got a bit distorted and it was difficult to understand.
