This one is a simple video guys, just thought it was interesting watching the board & sail seperate, thought you could learn something!

this was calming and entertaining at the same time. Really like the voiceover telling a story and commenting on the footage, similar like Thomas Traversa spot guide. I really enjoyed the clip and it looks like the editing part was fairly quick for you, so a win-win!

I've been to Johannesburg, South Africa, once on a business trip, but I'm unfamiliar with Cape Town. I was impressed as if I was watching a movie with a wonderful place, natural atmosphere, and even music. I'm rooting for the channel and I'll keep looking forward to good videos.

Nice video mate. I enjoy any video that involves windsurfing but I prefer ones like this with your commentary, story's or conversations with other wind surfers. The tack of the back of the wave looks cool. I hope to progress into the waves sometime soon.

Great Video!
Had the exact same breakage to my 25 y old streamlined last year, lost my rig 😢
Sailed Sunset in -96. Nice spot! Coronation was my favorite.

I also had a similar case when the hinge broke. But it was not far from the shore, about 100 meters. But my sail did not fly far, I took it on the board and drifted to the shore.

Think everyone including myself have had the dam it moments, where you have decided not to go and it’s turned out epic and are annoyed it yourself, but equally how many times where I haven’t gone, and the wind failed to show with many others going and being deflated, there will always be another windy day 😂, great drone shots and asking what drone did you use, not nice when you sail detached from board and been there, glad to all ended well and retrieved all equipment 😎😎😎🍺🍺🍺🥳🥳🥳

Stayed at the Sunset Caravan Park 4 weeks in 2001. Was perfect for zipping between Coronation and Point Moore. Never saw swell like this there 😃👍

I had that once with a Naish mast base. Cant really predict these kind of equipment failures

I think Pete’s uni-joint breaking was a metaphor for Paul’s feelings about his sailing location choice. Nothing’s ever perfect and making the best of a bad situation, as Pete did with the help of Paul’s drone is such a good feeling and outcome. I remember my late brother and I rescued a rigged sail from under the rocks at Margaret River ….the shook up, euro windsurfer was so grateful, those are some of the moments I love about windsurfing. Keep the videos coming, I just love them!
