Dude, piss off. The Wii has an abundance of potential, Nintendo just hasn't utilized any of it over the years the Wii has existed. You should just be glad that this game has made its way over to America and that Japan decided to allow us to have a game that they originally decided to keep away from us.

This is why there are a lot of Japanese games that do not migrate over to America, because of the impudent responses like all of these. We all should be happy that they chose to give us this game rather than simply saying "nah, you'll be fine." Graphics? This game was developed two years ago, I don't think it is trying to compete with games of now. And, when in the hell did graphics matter to gamers who play RPGs? I thought that story and gameplay triumphed over petty things like that.

You were on the right path, the developer is company called Mistwalker which consists of the Hironobu Sakaguchi which made the original Final Fantasy games (not the horrible anime ones), and Nobuo Uematsu who did all the music for Squaresoft I think up until Final Fantasy XI. So you were close.
