Hello from Toronto Canada. Ever since I was diagnosed with stomach infection, fatty liver and sleep apnea 6 months ago, I stop eating garbage about 6 months now, no food after 6pm, I give myself 14-16 hours to digest food in my stomach, I lose 11 lbs, I listen to Doctor Mandell’s messages to correct my health problems. You are the best Doctor Mandell, We need doctors like you in Toronto Canada, My doctor don’t give out advice like that, most of the time they don’t know what is going on!

As a whole food plant based vegan I worry much less about carbs and far about processed oil as a factor for diabetes (many good studies.) Can’t stand any oil residue in my mouth.

Chips were my favorite thing to eat every single day. I was cleaning 1 day and pulled out the freezer and there was a bunch of chips that had been dropped. They were all perfect and some of them I know I haven't bought in 6 months and they looked like I just put them there. No mold or decay in any way. That's when I stopped eating chips. Been 2 years and I would absolutely love some actually good chips but it ain't gonna happen.

Siete Brand Chips are the best if you want to snack. He walked passed them. I thought he was going to talk about them. But they are not loaded with any crap at all. No nasty oils. No preservatives No BS. They use oils such as avocado oil or coconut oil. Ingredients include chia seeds, coconut flour, and cassava. Siete Brand has all kinds of flavor chips made with the best ingredients. Im not saying go and eat a ton of Siete Chips, but there are some good ones out there if you have a urge. Everything in moderation. If you have good no bs chips like these Im sure you wont crave the Bad ones. Im just saying🤷‍♀️ Im sure Doc knows this as well. 🙏

Some friends of mine had a lad of around 11 or 12 who was getting pretty chubby. They took him to the doc. The doc after asking about his diet told them that he MUST stop eating chips, ALLA chips! He didn't stop entirely but he did cut down quite a bit. He subsequently lost a ton of fat.

Carbs are not the problem and science/peer reviewed papers agree. The problem is the highly processed "carbs" and the fat and salt that come along with them. Natural, whole food carbs do not readily turn to fat and so not spike blood sugar even close to the way processed garbage does. Stop demonising carbs in general - be specific !

Chips are never healthy. Even eating a lot of fried potatoes we fry at home are unhealthy.
We must eat healthy food. Drink a lot of fresh water. And stay positive.
