For discrete data, which is what this is you always add 1 and divide by 2. So 47/2=23.5 So do the mean of the 23rd and 24th values.

lets say if the total was already 46, instead of 45 would i still need to add 1 to 46 or do 46 divided by 2???? (ive forgot the basics/easy things because i am redoing my s1)

what would it be if say it wasnt the 11.5th value it was the 11.25th value?
