Not gon hold you slim, forget them picks. Give up what’s necessary to get a capable edge rusher. The idea was to get Kirk to win now and then Penix to be the future. We have our QBs, RBs, WRs already and being honest, those picks likely aren’t gonna spawn an Aaron Donald, Maxx Crosby type of guy. Love Calais but no because of his age. We need a type. Swing for Trey Hendrickson because we clearly need production from someone who can win one on one. Gotta stop being cheap and pay to play

Of all the trade candidates, I like Azeez the best. He's only 24 years old, and he already has six sacks for the season, which puts him on pace to have a career year for sacks. that kind of a presence on defense would be game changing for us this year. I honestly wouldn't mind giving the Giants a second or third round pick for him, considering we're expecting to pick in the bottom half of every round anyways

2023-Bijan, Bergeron, Harrison, & Hellans
all are draft picks we use every week with a couple exceptions that tells me 2 things #1 we been drafting really good players these past 3 yrs thats alot of starters on those lists &#2 is that is 4 rookie contracts running out every year for the next 3 yrs so yes i agree it sucks having to watch this defense struggle every week but we are winning in yr 1 of this team and imagine if we go pass rusher 1st round and it hits like every 1st round pick we have used the last 3 yrs so for me i say dont give up a chance at a great player on a rookie contract in yr 1 because idk that a team with this many new peices has ever came in yr 1 and dominated but yr 2/3 with the right draft strategy is really exciting to me also we are getting essentially an extra day 2 pick next yr in braylen trice since he didn’t get to play this year. Im happy where we are at because its all new and any post season wins is just a bonus to me at this point i mean we are 2 wins away from tieing our best record in the past 6 years and its only week 8.. dont mortgage our future on a 1st year team that showing sooo much to look forward to by giving away draft capital that could hit big i mean look at crosby drafted 4th round 106th overall pick to get a player like that for pennies on the dollar for 4-5 yrs to salvage a defensive stat that means nothing while we are winning is crazy to me
