Vert blur>70 make it like 0.3ush seconds and then put it in the middle of transition and copy and paste it under. Then add shake>intensity>7. Make it as small as possible. Do the same thing for all clips. Then animation rock vert 0.2 sec and apply to all clips. Then add a keuframe at the start of the clip and the end. Then hit opacity and set the start one to 0 and the end one to 100. (For flash get a white screen and put it as the overlay make it 0.4 sec. Go to splice hit overlay keep it 100. Then put overlay animation to fade out (out). Then go to keyframe and set it to ease in 1
