Ans is 1.5 ohm
We we reconstruct this circuit as like previous one according to the nodes then current will flow through shortcircuited branch instead of flowing through branch(galvanometer branch in Wheatstone bridge )
Hence two 3ohm resistor will be in parallel
So resultant resistance will be 3/2 ohm

There are only 2 nodes a and b, so the 3 resistors are in parallel and the equivalent resistance will be 1 ohm

rearrange the points by taking the b point to opposite it'll form bride and middle one 3 ohm resistor will be cancelled...then there will be 2 parallel resistors left and answer will be Rab=3*3/3+3=9/6=1.5ohm answer

Hw answer is 3 ohm because when we arrange that network that network makes balanced Wheatstone bridge where R2 is unknown so for balanced bridge R2=( R1*R4) /R3 =3ohm
Now it is balanced bridge with 3ohm resistance so answer is 3ohm.

When you connect edges of short circuit to single node you will find three 3ohm resister in parallel so answer is 1

The resistors are connected in parallel therefore 3||3||3 = 3/3 = 1ohm

ans is 3 ohms..current in the other two branches will be zero so you can neglect those, since current will choose the least restrictive path

Rab = 3 || 3 =>3/2 => 1.5 ohm ( answer)
As here we get balanced bridge, so current will not Flow to the middle 3ohm resistor.

3 ohms bcoz of short circuit in between a and b only current will flow through eitheir of the two 3 ohm resistor neglect the middle one.
