I feel like for new jazz you should avoid having the second clap hit only the same 3 as the first clap and try different spots to give it a different bounce. Also, don’t be afraid leave a little more space in your hi hat patterns. The house breakdown was so sick though I gotta try that in my next new jazz beat🔥🔥
