It is injustice to freshers without attending board exam 2021 batch students got good marks as colleges gave liberal marks. So automatically those students will get good ranks in CET. But freshers with hard work attended the exam got real marks. Court has done injustice to freshers and we must approach upper bench for justice after result of cet. I will definitely go to the court and bring stay against this judgement.

You should approach to court with a decision of 50%puc1 year of freshers and50% puc2nd year for repeaters as these were the Corona marks.Kea should act accordingly with this as per high Court decision otherwise freshers will bring stay against kea for rearrangement of their ranking system from Supreme Court.

As I read the pdf of order in page no 32 they clearly mentioned that according to the principleof law "the rules of game/eligibility criteria can't be changed after it has begun and/or the selection process is nearing completion"
