Great video! the other thing we have found for flashing charger light is if the 4 pin XLR connector screw comes loose, the wires will often break - if the blue wire is not connected, solder it back on and the charger will often stop flashing.

Thanks for the video. But maybe my comment can help other people. Had bought a Giant Twist with 2 batteries in 2nd hand. Charger flashed after 7 seconds on both batteries. Problem and solution 1: 2 of the 4 wires loose in the charger’s plug, these were rewelded and problem solved with battery 1. With the 2nd battery the charger kept flashing. Bizarre because there was at least 24.5V left and all cells gave approximately the same value. Just turned out to be the 5 AMP fuse.

Thanks for this video. Its very helpfull to see at least the inside, to discover that those are just 18650 cells. In my case there is a different problem (no charging at all, the charger thinks the batteries are 'full' while they aren't). I have to do some measurements to figure out what is going wrong.

thanks for this video. did not understand everything . took my batterie apart and unscrwed + and - and plus of regulator.then I used a 30 volt charger 400mah and started charging.
after about half an hour i measured 3.2 volt.then i started charging with origionl charger and it worked perfect.now it is 4volt tried it in bike and its almost full 4leds.

how do you charge that one battery that is too low? what do you use do you take it out?

Thank you for the video. I have this question. When diagnosing a battery, there are two errors. The first LED flashes on the first and fifth test. How to reset these errors on the BMS board?

Does anyone know the wiring schematic? I cant find a charger for this 4 pin XLR so can I switch the connectors to 3 pin XLR? If so which wires can I combine. I think Black & White read Negative. Red & blue read positive.

I had the second cell which had 2.9 v I charged every cell to 3.4v but still flashing. Maybe i should charge the whole battery with another battery i have. Don't have 24v adapters.
