I completed a three-year full-time Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Accountancy, as well as a two-year full-time Master of Business Administration. I am unsure which degree I should process for the NARIC /ECCTIS certificate?

I applied for ECCTIS but they rejected my application.. I have completed my bachelor degree & i submitted all the documents they required…They said, Unfortunately, the level of the qualification that you have submitted is lower than British Bachelor degree standard and therefore does not meet the criteria for this service. In order to meet the Visas and Nationality service criteria, the qualification must be comparable to a Bachelor degree, Master's degree or PhD in the UK.

I have submitted my documents and MOI
but they are asking for A statement confirming the title of your thesis (if not specified on your degree certificate)
- A statement confirming enrolment and duration of enrolment
- A letter of recommendation from your thesis supervisor
- Your academic transcript
Can anyone let me know the format or anyone else for verification of phd and English proficiency received the same request
