SMALL ANECDOTE AND DOUBTS: (young widows are complex)

I remember in 2016 or 2017 when I began to be interested in God (because I wasn't a believer), I went to a church and it turned out that a young woman got pregnant and was not married. Back then, I didn't give it much thought. I just thought "wow, that's good she is pregnant".
After 5 years now I'm thinking of it as an issue not because she got pregnant but because nothing was done about it and in the last church I was to before I left the same thing happened with one of the youth group leaders.
I am a pro-life person and I believe that babies are a blessing but recently the thought has been in my mind: "when is it a good time for a correction?" (before the birth of the baby or after), another question I've had is: "what do we do about people who are just cohabitating instead of getting married?" (because that was another thing I noticed that never got addressed.)

*Sometimes I just see that people are told to get married and praise God for that but it kinda ends up being like a party reward after cohabitation. Of course, a wedding is not supposed to be sad or forced or out of guilt but how can one lovingly lead someone in such a predicament?
*How is immorality dealt with without creating a tense "between the sword and the wall" moment where there is no help or love of God to atone for that sin?
*1 Timothy 5 21, is a scary verse to think about because I've been in hyper-charismatic places where people have just been immoral.
Source: 2 Kings 17 9-12, how should one deal with secret sins that are not that secret but taboo?
