In Indonesia, 90% of punishments in this video is common. The fun part is the one that being said as the punishment in Indonesia (spanking) is not that common compare to the others (Especially scolding, slapping, humilliation, silent treatment, chores, flying sandal) 😂

Yelling or scolding is always a thing in Malaysia I can admit that 💀 (worser than that, some parents scold their children in front of the crowds in public places. This is indeed the worst punishment ever. Some children tends to runaway from home or commited su1c1de due to that)

As a Brazilian I tell you there's a progression in punishments, it goes from shouting and scolding and demands for the kid to be silent, then shouting because the kid is not answering their questions, then target practice using objects nearby (jandals/flip-flops, TV remote control, toys, your little brother, etc), then you top it off with some slaps and whatever comes to mothers' minds until they either calm down or forget why they're punishing you for.
