Thanks a bunch man! After trying so many options this is what helped me to sort the issue out "netsh winsock reset"

Update:
The problem reappeared so in the end what helped me was to install a dedicated pci-e network adapter. No issue since then.

Update 2:
Issue reappeared again even with the new card. :( Done a system change recovery (restored windows to an earlier date where I could see some network related updates. These were automatic updates. After the recovery process finished everything was back to normal. No issues with the network whatsoever. (I've done the system recovery in safe mode as it got stuck every time in normal mode).

Bullshit. These are 5 year old kid work. None of these would fix your issue. You need to install different windows or buy different WiFi adapter that's it.
