I find it inspiring how Pokey reinvents himself and develops as an artist. He’s willing to take risks and play the music he wants to play. I think it’s awesome

Pokey had shifted his influences from the 30's and 40's to the 60's. Nothing wrong with that.

Well, this is a bit of a change up, isn't it? Doesn't sound exactly like Pokey. And it doesn't sound like anybody else either. OK, maybe just the slightest touch of John Fogerty in there. So it's a win/win. Never a dull moment in PL's world.

Gotta say.. discovered Pokey recently. Been playing him ever since. Absolutely cracking beats. It's really awesome to see the good music now carrying on through the generations. Also really like Pokeys outlook on life. Keep doing your stuff mate. Hopefully you'll be coming to the UK soon!!! Keep up the good work all of you!! From a fully converted Brit. :)
