The statement on how the v15+ has whole hepa filtration is misleading from dyson. Every dyson stick vac since the v6 that had the purple back hepa filter had sealed whole hepa filtration. It's just that the one u have is teal in color, is much denser, and filters particles down to 0.1 microns vs 0.3 microns. Thats small enough to trap in diesel soot and the c virus since the c virus is just a bit bigger than 0.1 microns. Also it has a built in crevice tool and other cool features

A soft brush is for window blinds those thin metal ones. Also, for electric devices like soundbars, delicate wooden scratchable furniture, etc.

Ypur v11 is so full and thats why it losing suction power over the time, because cyclones tecnology doesn't work well when the max line of the bucket is overload and it gona make the prefilter motor dirty and loose suction, also can reduce the life of the motor it self! Just wash it or replace the filte, for this new never go over the msx line on the dirty container!

Use the soft brush on your mini blinds if you have. There’s a stiffer brush attachment. Why don’t you have the pipe light crevice tool… in Canada there’s a crevice tool with built-in lights…
