Speeds above 75+ miles will consume much more wH per mile. I caught a glimpse of you going 77mph on one clip.. Also try to use autopilot/cruise control as much as possible on highway driving since it's more efficient on the accelerator.

The range indicator is based on the EPA’s testing of the car, so it doesn’t adjust with real world driving habits. Driving the car fast, using the heat/ac, and changes in weather (rain, snow, cold, wind) will throw you off that estimate quick! I’d recommend switching the battery indicator to percent instead and using the energy/consumption graphs to determine your true range. Those are based on real world driving habits instead. Your Wh/mile performance is the key indicator so it helps to keep an eye on that to adjust your driving habits for better range. I can get about 200 highway miles outta my Model 3 Standard Range Plus in good weather when I do that!

The low temperature in the morning decrease the range on the car, maybe.

Every mile above the speed limit is math unaccounted by the system from your original “range” bc it normalizes people going the speed limit. However, based on youre original trip planner, which is based on driving happens and not range the car says it has left, was spot on.

Done that drive for work several times. 6-6.5 hours. Regular car tho. Straight shot 👍🏿

I run my heater and ac, I am not going to be uncomfortable or wearing a bunch of clothes. I don’t trust the remaining percentages so I always charge no less than 20 percent.

I live in Morgan hill and there is a good supercharger there off the freeway. Gilroy too and it’s a faster one. I’d always stop there if going south.

Would you recommend getting it wrapped? I love orange but they don’t carry that color :/

The screen takes power too. So the 225 mile range car might only get 170 to 190 miles per full charge.

Still not keen on the charging situation for Tesla’s, they need more range (500+). My buddies and I rented a performance model 3 for the day and the need to find a charger and wait is simply not practical in daily situations.
