Dr. Hughes and "Dr" Spiegel...ugh, I cringed through their entire testimonies. So what would happen if she had to suddenly leave her position or someone else had to take over a client's case and she wasn't available to instruct them on her own "system" of record-keeping and scoring? The incoming dr taking her place would have no idea to know where to look for the information and they would basically have to start over because proper records were not kept. That's one of the main reasons WHY you are supposed to use the standardized boxes.
