What a brilliant tour. You're a teacher!
Gradually Django has been scale_up using GUI instead for calling commands. Can't wait to switch to pycharm to have the optimum flavor.

Whenever I try to run the server manually and type "py managepy runserver" it just says no such file or directory

Its so easy in Pycharm as compared to VSC where manually creating venv looks silly in 2022.

I have pycharm already installed on my PC. Does it mean i don't need to install or download django again.

Nice and brief, sure. However, you should always, as a rule, narrate what you are typing in as a code and not just type something super fast and expect your viewer to pause at all of those moments.

Why dont u make a whole project in pycharm with django
