I want to install XRDP in a machine where an internet connection is not available. Pls guide me how to do it

I have one question. A user want to access server A with RDP . That user is allowed to access this Server A with AD credentials. But bec in Free-IPA HBAC rule there is only ssh_sudo service is there . No service of RDP there so the user is not able to take RDP access. How can I add that RDP service to Free-IPA in service of HBAC rule..?
