Hello lovelies, Today I have for you my May’s Vintage Attire blog featuring all my favourite vintage outfits of day from May 2018. This is regular feature I’ve had a part of my blog in the past and will be relaunching now that my 100 days of vintage challenge has concluded.

The month of May in Australia has been incredibly beautiful, finishing Autumn with perfect weather for the most part, it seemed more like Spring but I’m not complaining. I’ve been my usual busy self with many exciting projects coming to fruition and other exciting projects in planning.

The Perth Pinup Community hosted a fabulous meet up at Big T’z diner where we enjoyed American style food, vintage tunes and great company. Sadly this was to be our final meet up at this venue as it recently closed it doors.

The Miss Burlesque Western Australia contest took place on may 12th, where I was honoured to be a state finalist. Whilst I did not take the crown I was so proud of my performances, and feel I represented my vintage performance style to the best of my ability. It’s such an incredible experience to perform in a large theatre, to a screaming crowd, and be surrounded by a supportive community.

I’ve been training hard from my home studio, hitting the gym, and attending dance classes. One of my favourite classes to attend at the moment are swing dancing classes with Swingtopia. You’re never too good to learn more.

May brought the third edition of Miss Lady Lace’s Pinup Parade at The Vintage Collective Markets on the most perfect market day. There were so many great vendors with quality vintage items, and our show was spectacular and I couldn’t be more proud of each pinup who took to the stage.

I spent quality time at the salon chair of Cherrybomb, your one stop for all your vintage beauty needs. I enjoyed being pampered with lash extensions, nails, hair colouring, cuts, and the beautiful Bunni, their new apprentice, training in vintage styling.

Among other vintage fun my Pinup Academy has been very busy launching classes at The Bassendean Hotel, hosting my advanced pinup workshop and lots of dance classes. I’ve also been busy shooting, and working on producing more events.

June has only just began and I can’t wait to share with you all the vintage fun I have shared.

New video coming out on Thursday!

Much love
