Optimization of myasthenia gravis management: knowledge gaps

James F. Howard, Jr., MD, FAAN, University of North Carolina School of Medicine, Chapel Hill, NC, shares insights into knowledge gaps and questions that need to be addressed to optimize the management of myasthenia gravis. More research is required in order to better understand the role and safety of complement inhibitors in seronegative patients, in children, and during pregnancy.
