keep in mind that dog and cat dry food does oxide and gets stale increasing the chances that your pet will reject it eventually and you'll have to throw away more than if you kept it in a sealed dark container, also large quantities stored like that will more than likely attract vermin of all sorts. Also be careful with wood finishes that might poison your pet, especially in warmer cities.

Great design, I would've liked to see the pegs be a bit longer so that the feeding height is better for the dog but that's an easy fix for anyone trying to build this
